At the beginning of 2020, ASG was hired to address Vineyard Vine’s real estate objectives. Working with the client, ASG developed a portfolio strategy for renegotiations with landlords based on lease actions, market intelligence, and shifts in customer demand. The results were significant portfolio savings realized in 2020 and 2021. In addition, ASG secured Vineyard Vines with expansion opportunities as the market emerged from the COVID pandemic.
Their new US market strategy is still in implementation, and our lease management and tenant representation teams continue to problem solve on their brand’s behalf.
