Join our exciting and growing business as a Lease Analyst.
Responsibilities include:
- Reading retail leases and data validation
- Researching parcels, lease plans and real estate tax information
- Review and analysis of year-end reconciliations
- Account reconciliation and invoice review
- Communication with landlords/clients and managing dispute claims to resolution
- Data entry and updating information in lease administration software and tracking spreadsheets
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Calculating expenses (dollars and percentages) and overage rent
- Creating and running reports from lease administration software
Required

Role Overview
The Project Manager, Store Planning leads the end-to-end execution of retail experience programs. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver immersive, on-brand retail spaces—ensuring projects are aligned with operational requirements, timeline, and budget from concept through store opening.
This position sits at the intersection of real estate, architecture, construction, and operations—owning coordination, driving accountability, and protecting brand standards across all phases of development.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Delivery
- Lead the full lifecycle of retail experience initiatives from real estate selection through construction and store opening.
- Translate direction into clear project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and phase gates are met.
Consultant & Partner Management
- Manage external architects, engineers, and other consultants.
- Establish clear design objectives, deliverables, and approval checkpoints across:
- Schematic Design
- Design Development
- Construction Documentation
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and build packages to ensure readiness for construction.
Execution & Site Oversight
- Serve as the central point of contact throughout project execution.
- Review weekly site progress updates and track critical path milestones.

- Conduct site visits to assess quality, mitigate risks, and prevent schedule or budget impacts.
- Protect creative intent through final installation and store opening.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in retail design, store planning, architecture, or construction project management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).

- Own development tickets from planning through implementation, testing, and deployment

Construction Project Manager
About the job
We are looking for a savvy retail construction professional to join our Store Planning and Construction team as a Construction Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our internal teams as well as with our clients to define scope of work/deliverables, draft and submit budgets, review construction documents, participate in the selection of general contractors, manage the general contractor relationship/deliverables, obtain necessary permits and approvals, manage costs to meet established budgets, manage construction schedules, issue updates as needed regarding costs and timelines, and manage the turnover/quality control of contractor work. Travel is required on average of 1-2 days per week for onsite review of progress and final closeout.
Your Role Within the Team:
- Manage the construction process for tenant improvement and retail rollout on behalf of our clients.
- Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, architects, and other vendor partners.
- Collaborate with internal partners to manage timeline, expectations, responsibilities, and scope.
- Responsible for the management and resolution of questions and problems that can occur.
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes, landlord requirements, and quality expectations.
- Report project progress and provide budget updates to client.
- Communicate risks, action items, and project expectations in a clear manner.
- Prepare and manage budgets/cost estimates and construction schedules.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Understanding of construction documents and building/landlord requirements.
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control cost.
- High degree of familiarity with contract/subcontract documents, retail leases/landlord work letters, rules and regulations, and closeout packages.
- Working knowledge of materials and finishes and their proper applications.
- Familiarity with building codes, ADA, and construction specifications.
- Ability to manage time effectively to work within set parameters.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of project partners.
- Strong desire to learn, improve processes, and remain flexible.

Your Technical Skills:
