Curating Cannabis Experience

Grassroots needed help realizing a unique, one-of-a-kind brand experience across state borders but within brand guidelines. Knowing the road ahead, they partnered with ASG to tell the brand story of Greenhouse and Herbology.

Scaling Spaces

Our Store Planning & Construction team managed multiple Grassroots projects across their store fleet. Each store was executed through design specification and coordination of vendors. We worked closely with general contractors and vendor suppliers to help mitigate buildout costs and managed the procurement of owner-supplied materials to alleviate the design and construction process. ASG coordinated the construction of these brand concepts from start to finish, all the way through the final certificate of occupancy.

Manage Store Design

We managed the buildout of multiple Grassroots concepts in five different states. Once Grassroots was acquired by Curaleaf in 2020, ASG was retained to create and manage a store design audit report of fleet.
