Lease Analyst
Our journey at ASG+Chute Gerdeman has been amazing and there are more exciting opportunities on the way. We have nearly two decades of history providing an expanded portfolio of real estate and brand experience services to specialty retailers, helping them strategically connect people to their brand, plan real estate investments, control costs, streamline business operations and maximize profit potential.
We are looking to add a Lease Analyst to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for accounting/accounts payable, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the interest and curiosity to analyze contract details, the ability to track and compile information and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
We will train in the following areas:
- Reading and understanding lease language
- Performing account reconciliations for retail locations
- Communicating with landlord contacts to resolve account issues and errors in lease-related invoices
- Reviewing and processing year-end reconciliations in the Lucernex system
